Dunamis Foods is a vertically integrated chicken company that produces and distributes high quality chicken products to institutions, butcheries, retailers and frozen chicken customers. The company’s primary distribution is through retailers, food service distributors, hotels, fast food chains and restaurants. The company is proudly executing the farm to table strategy in Africa.
Our food portfolio has a proven track record of success in Africa. With existing infrastructure already in place, we have the unique opportunity of expanding into an already established market, which has seen impressive growth year over year.
REAL ESTATE
The firm is currently executing an opportunistic strategy focused on contrarian, distressed and value-add real estate investments in the United States. The investments are in middle-income housing units located in sub-markets that have a confluence of major Universities and Hospitals with upside potential through improvements and/or renovation leading to high rental yields and appreciation. On average, our cherry-picked sub-markets outperform other markets across all economic cycles which increases the risk-adjusted returns of our portfolio.
TECH STARTUPS
We make angel, pre-seed, seed and series A investments in technology startups. We are industry agnostic even though we prefer certain industries and businesses to others.
